Sugar Detox

I have a serious problem. I LOVE sweets! My typical day of food lately has consisted of a healthy breakfast...followed by a handful of chocolate chips, home from my internship...handful of chocolate chips, gym workout...handful of chocolate chips, healthy dinner...swedish fish followed by a handful of chocolate chips. It's getting out of control :).

So...to start the new year off right my hubs (who has a serious problem with Mountain Dew) and I are going to do the 21 day Sugar Detox. I've been following their facebook and pinterest boards for at least a year now in hopes I might be able to rid myself of the constant need for a treat. In November my husband bought the book for us and we started making some of the recipes out of the book. They are delicious, and very satisfying! I'm really excited to start this and I invite all of you to do it with us!

IT IS ONLY 21 DAYS, WE CAN DO IT!

We are writing a meal plan using The Official 21 Day Sugar Detox pinterest and our cookbook to at least cover our dinners while we are on the detox. You can view what we have pinned so far to our meal plan board here.



The cookbook we purchased sitting by my husband's chair...he might have a chocolate chip problem too ;).

I plan on posting what I eat and how I feel throughout the 21 day sugar detox, so follow along!
